Qualifying patrons may check out PDF versions of print music catalog holdings via Google Drive rather than a physical copy.

Program Details
- In order to qualify for PDF Support, patrons must have a functional Gmail address and access to Google Drive
- MML will share a folder to the google drive of patrons enrolled in the PDF Support Program
- Any PDFs requested by the patron will be uploaded to this shared Google Drive folder
- All PDFs accessed through the PDF Support program will have downloading, printing, sharing, and edition TURNED OFF
- Checking out a PDF is similar to checking out a physical copy - you will not be able to print, copy, download, or otherwise illegally keep PDFs checked out through the MML.
- By default, PDFs will expire after 30 days
- Rental periods of different lengths may be requested at time of check-out
- PDFs can be renewed an unlimited number of times
- Patrons may have up to 5 PDFs checked out at any one time.
- Patrons holding a Member+ card may access any title in the Print Music Catalog as a PDF. Student Members may access most common educational materials (method books) and solos.

- Register for participation in the PDF Support program using the form below
- Within two business days, MML will establish a shared Google Drive folder with the patron
- Shared folder will be titled "MML: Patron First, Patron Last" (example - "MML: Mari, Karen")
- Patron must add the shared folder to their Drive
- This shared folder will be used for all PDF Support rentals - please do not delete after establishment
- MML will add requested materials to the shared folder
- All sharing, downloading, and copying permissions for rented PDFs will be turned off
- PDF rentals will automatically expire at the end of the rental term
